Package Includes: * 12 hours of postpartum support * Light housekeeping, meal preparation, breastfeeding support, baby care * 30 minute Reiki session * Unpacking the Journey: check in and birth story discussion * Emotional support for whole family * Educational support + resources * Continuous phone, text, and emails throughout postpartum until -2 weeks after last postpartum shift. * 9 Months in 9 Months Out: 9 month postpartum check in (1-2 hours) * Additional hours at $40/hour
