Service Description

Package Includes: * 2 Prenatal meetings in person or virtual* (*1 meeting in person is required) * Educational support & resources * Creating a Birth Values Plan * Meet your Little Moon guided meditation & Reiki session * 15 minute Guiding Goddess Oracle card reading * On call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks * Full attendance of birth (at hospital, home or birth centre) * Unpacking the Journey: 1 Postpartum Visit (2 hours) within the first 2 weeks after birth to check in, and discuss the birth story * 13 hours of postpartum support * Light housekeeping, meal preparation, breastfeeding support, baby care * Continuous phone, text, and emails throughout pregnancy until 6 weeks after last postpartum shift. * 9 Months in 9 Months Out: 9 month postpartum check in (1-2 hours) * Sourcing of birth pool * Use of TENS machine * Access to Library and Resource Centre
